Privora is a small team and there is no call centre. Email is the way to reach us, and we answer in the order messages arrive — usually within two business days.

Privacy requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, write to privacy@privora.app. Because the clarity check stores your answers on your own device and we keep no account for you, the fastest deletion is to clear your browser's site data — but write to us anyway and we will confirm.
Something wrong on the site?
If you found an error, a broken link or wording that reads as a claim we shouldn't be making, tell us at hello@privora.app. We would rather fix it than defend it.
What we can't help with
We cannot access anyone's account, messages, photographs or location, and we cannot ask a third-party service to do so on your behalf. If you bought something from a service you reached through a link here, that purchase is with the operator of that service — contact their support, which will be listed on your receipt.

If you are in immediate danger, or if what you are going through is affecting your health, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional where you live. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond quickly enough to be one.
